We want everyone to be able to shop at Pet Love and play Pet Love Arcade, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnifiers, voice control or other assistive technology.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We test the site on phones, tablets and computers, and we last checked key pages with automated WCAG 2.1 AA tests on October 17, 2026, fixing the issues we found. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we keep improving.
What we do
- Images and product photos have text descriptions (alt text).
- Menus, buttons and forms can be used with a keyboard, and form fields have labels.
- Game pages have a heading, a plain-language "How to play" section and labeled buttons.
- Most games can be played with a keyboard (arrow keys, Space or Enter) as well as touch or mouse. Each game lists its controls.
- Games use bright colors with dark outlines and large text. Sound is optional and can be muted, and no game needs sound to play.
- Pages adapt to small screens and browser zoom.
Known limitations
- Some fast action games are drawn on a canvas and depend on quick timing and vision, so they may be hard or impossible to play with a screen reader. Turn-based games (such as word, card, memory and puzzle games) are usually easier to play at your own pace.
- Some games have flashing effects or fast motion.
- Some content comes from third-party services (such as payment and checkout pages), which have their own accessibility features.
Feedback and help
If you have trouble using any part of the site, please tell us through our contact page (mention "Accessibility"), including the page and what happened. We aim to reply within 5 business days and will try to give you the information or help you need another way, such as describing a product or helping you place an order.
