Pet Love Arcade's games, characters (including Pip the pup), art, thumbnails and sound effects are original and were made for Pet Love Arcade. Sound effects are created live in your browser with code. We don't use other companies' characters, music, fonts or art. The few open-source tools we use are listed below with their licenses, as their authors require.

Open-source software

  • three.js r170, used for 3D graphics in Pet World. Copyright © 2010–2024 three.js authors. MIT License.
  • PeerJS 1.5.4, used for optional Pet World multiplayer. Copyright © 2015 Michelle Bu and Eric Zhang, and PeerJS contributors. MIT License. Multiplayer uses the free public PeerJS connection server.

Fonts

  • Inter by Rasmus Andersson, served through Shopify's font library. SIL Open Font License 1.1.
  • Fredoka by Milena Brandão and Hafontia, used in share images. SIL Open Font License 1.1.
  • Emoji in the games are drawn with your own device's built-in emoji font.
