Prize Rules: Paw Coins, Tickets and Prizes

The short version: Paw Coins and prizes are free. You earn them only by playing. You can never buy them, and nobody ever needs to buy anything to play or win.

1. No purchase necessary

No purchase, payment or sign-up is ever needed to play any Pet Love Arcade game, earn Paw Coins or win any prize. Buying something from our shop does not increase your chances of winning anything.

2. What Paw Coins are

Paw Coins (and arcade tickets, Pup Points, gems, jars and other in-game points) are earned only by playing. There are daily limits (for example up to 90 Paw Coins per game and 500 per day) to keep things fair.
They can't be bought, sold, traded, transferred or exchanged for money, gift cards or real goods, and they have no cash value.
They are saved on your device. Clearing browser data can erase them, and they can't be restored.
We may change how many coins games pay, change prices in the Prize Shop, reset balances, or end Paw Coins at any time.

3. What prizes are

Prizes are digital and cosmetic, for example new looks for Pip, plush prizes on your shelf in Paw Claw, or items in Pet World. They are just for fun and have no cash value.
Games with chance elements (like prize wheels, egg hatching or the claw machine) are played with free, earned coins or free daily plays only. There is no paid chance to win anything, and there are no loot boxes for sale.
The claw machine is skill-based: the better you line up the claw, the better your chance.

4. Shop discount codes (the only real-world rewards)

A few Arcade features can reveal a discount code for the Pet Love shop: the Moonfall Prize Counter (exchanging free arcade tickets) and Spooky Spin (one free spin). Codes range from 5% to 20% off. These official rules apply to them:

No purchase necessary. Playing, earning tickets, spinning and revealing a code are always free. A purchase never improves your chances. Every Spooky Spin wins a code.
Using a code is optional and only gives money off an order in our shop. Codes have no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash or credit, and can't be combined unless checkout allows it. Checkout shows the final price before you pay.
Shopping is for adults. Players under 18 (or under the age of majority where they live) need a parent or guardian's permission, and a parent should place any order.
Codes can be used only on orders shipped to the United States (the only place our shop delivers) and where such offers are allowed. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
We may change, limit or end any code, prize tier, the Prize Counter or Spooky Spin at any time, and codes may expire.
Paw Coins from the Prize Shop do not currently unlock any shop discount.
