Pet Love respects intellectual property. Our games, characters, art and designs are created for Pet Love, and we expect others to respect our work too. If you believe something on petlovearcade.com uses your copyrighted work or trademark without permission, please tell us and we will review it promptly.
How to send a copyright notice
Send your notice through our contact page with the subject "Copyright notice". To help us act quickly (and to match the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)), please include:
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is fine).
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
- The exact web address (URL) of the material on our site, and a description of it.
- Your name and contact details so we can reach you.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Please note that knowingly false claims can create legal liability.
Trademark concerns
If you think a game name, product or page could be confused with your brand, send us the details the same way (subject "Trademark concern"), including your trademark, registration number if any, and the URL. We take these seriously and will rename or remove material where appropriate.
What happens next
We will review your notice, and where appropriate remove or disable the material, usually within a few business days. If we remove material that someone else provided (for example a product review), we will let them know and they may send a counter-notice explaining why they believe it was removed by mistake. We may share the notice with that person. We will end access for anyone who repeatedly infringes others' rights.
Counter-notices
If you believe material you provided was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice through the contact page that includes your signature, identification of the material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name and contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which Pet Love may be found).
