About Fence Pups

Fence Pups is Pet Love Arcade’s own take on the pencil-and-paper boxes game that kids have played on graph paper for more than a century. Each fence looks harmless, but the third side of a pen is a gift to your rival, so the real skill is counting chains and making the raccoon open them first.

How to play Fence Pups

The yard is a grid of fence posts. You and the raccoon take turns building one fence between two neighbouring posts. Whoever builds the fourth side of a square pen keeps the pen (a pink pup for you, a gray kit for the raccoon) and must build again. When every fence is built, the side with more pens wins the round. Try not to build the third side of a pen, because that hands it to your rival. Round 1 is a small 3x3 yard, then 4x4 and 5x5 against sharper raccoons. Lose a round and you lose one of 3 hearts; win and you get one back.
